Finding a suitable tenant

The services provided are:-

• Calculate rental value.
• Market the property through advertising - plus consult our list of tenants.
• Full inventory - condition of decorations etc.
• Arrange and accompany Tenant to view property.
• Obtain references from Tenant - Employer References and Bank References.
• Retain deposit from Tenants against dilapidation.
• Retain one month in advance rent.
• Ensure signatures are obtained on Tenancy Agreement.
• Organise insurance policy if required by Landlord (contents and building insurance).
• Issue Landlord and Tenant pack with rental schedule.
• Inform all utility services of change of tenancy (excluding telephone company).
